1. Service Description

CV by Toolarity provides:

Resume Analysis: AI-powered ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility checking
Resume Generation: Create resumes from LinkedIn profiles or existing documents
Resume Optimization: Keyword enhancement and formatting improvements
Cover Letter Generation: AI-assisted cover letter creation
Export Options: Download resumes in PDF and HTML formats

2. Token-Based System

How Tokens Work:

Each major action (analyze, generate, auto-fix) costs 1 token
New users receive 1 free token to try our service
Additional tokens can be purchased in packages (1, 5, 10, 20, 40)
Tokens never expire and are non-refundable once used
Unused tokens remain in your account until you delete it

3. Account Registration & Security

To use our service, you must:

Create an account using valid email credentials or social login
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your login credentials
Be at least 16 years old
Use the service only for lawful purposes

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
Share your account credentials with others
Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Overwhelm our servers with excessive requests

5. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Important: Our AI analysis provides guidance and suggestions but does not guarantee job search success. Resume effectiveness depends on many factors including:

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of your resume data and personal information
You grant us a license to process your content for service delivery
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models

CV by Toolarity owns all rights to our platform, algorithms, and technology
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software
Our brand name, logo, and content are protected by copyright

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Token purchases are final and non-refundable
Prices may change with advance notice to users
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Contact support for billing issues or technical problems

8. Data & Privacy

Your data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy
Resume files are processed and then deleted from our servers
Account data is retained while your account is active
You can delete your account and data at any time

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

Scheduled maintenance and updates
Technical issues or server problems
Third-party service dependencies
Force majeure events

10. Limitation of Liability

Important Limitations:

CV by Toolarity is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Job search outcomes or hiring decisions
Resume accuracy or effectiveness
Technical issues or service interruptions
Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the past 12 months.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or abusive behavior
Non-payment of fees
Legal or regulatory requirements

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via:

Email notification to registered users
Prominent notice on our website
In-app notifications

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
